I have filled my vacancy. How do I hide my listing until the next time I need it?

To hide your listing follow these steps:
  1. Login to RentersOnline.com
  2. On the Manage Listings page, locate the listing you wish to hide
  3. Click on the Mark as Rented button
This will hide your listing from public view, but all the information and photos will be saved for the next time you need to fill its vacancy.

When your listing is activated, you are able to toggle the display status between Rented and Available. Once your listing has expired, your display status will automatically be set to Rented.

I did a search for pet friendly homes, but the listing says no pets. Why?

The search function is driven by the details an owner, or property manager, enter on their listing. In some cases an owner will fail to check off "No Pets" under Restrictions, but will write it in the listing description. The listing description has no effect on the search function. Because the owner did not check "No Pets" under Restrictions, a non-pet-friendly home may appear in a search for pet friendly rentals.

I tried to add photos to my listing, but it didn't work. Why?

Your photo may not have uploaded for a variety of reasons. The first thing to check is that it is inline with our photo guidelines, below.
  • Accepted File Types: .jpg, .jpeg
  • Maximum Filesize: 5MB
Also, be sure to check your file name for multiple periods. If your file name includes multiple periods it may not upload correctly. For example photo.jpg will work, but photo.1.jpg may not.

If you continue to experience trouble uploading photos please contact us.
