How do I hide my listing until the next time I need it?
I created an account, but under the wrong account type. How do i fix this?
How do I list my property on rentersOnline.com?
To list your property on rentersOnline.com, first create an account. Once your account is created, follow these 3 simple steps:
- Enter listing details
- Add photographs
- Activate listing
Activating your listing is the step which makes your listing viewable to the public.
For a limited time only, activate your listings for FREE and start taking advantage of rentersOnline.com!
I have filled my vacancy. How do I hide my listing until the next time I need it?
To hide your listing follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- On the Manage Listings page, locate the Display Status field. It will read "Display Status: Showing on Website ( Hide )"
- Click on the Hide link. This will hide your listing, but all the information and photos will be saved for the next time you need to fill its vacancy.
Note: When your listing is activated, you are able to toggle the display status between Showing on Website and Not Showing on website.
Once your listing has expired, your display status will automatically be set to Not Showing on Website.
I created my account using the wrong account type. How do i fix this?
If you created an account under the wrong account type, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- Click on Account Details
- At the bottom of the page will be an option for you to delete your account
- Once you have deleted your account, you will be able to create a new account with the same email address
